Welcome to MusicalMap (the website themusicalmap.com and the iOS app “MusicalMap”, together the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. Contact: contact@themusicalmap.com.
1. The Service
The Service is a free informational service that compiles public sources to show where and when musicals are playing around the world, and lets you record the musicals you’ve seen. Show data comes from ticketing platforms and official sources and may be delayed, changed or wrong.
2. Accuracy and disclaimer
We do not guarantee that show times, venues, ticket availability or prices are accurate or current. Always confirm with the official ticketing channel or theatre before buying tickets or making plans. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information in the Service. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
3. Ticket links and affiliate disclosure
Ticket links in the Service lead to third-party platforms; some may be affiliate links, and we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Transactions (payment, ticketing, refunds and exchanges) are handled by each ticketing platform under its own terms and have nothing to do with the Service. Nothing is sold in the app.
4. Third-party links
The Service contains links to third-party websites for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, products, services or transactions, and a link is not an endorsement.
5. Your account and your content
- Recording shows requires signing in with Sign in with Apple (app only), a Google account or an email code. The website and the app share one account.
- You are responsible for the show records you enter. You keep the rights to your content; to provide this feature, you allow us to store it and show it to you.
- Once you make your share page public, anyone with the URL can see your name and whatever you choose to show. Don’t put anything in your name or notes that you don’t want to be public.
- You can delete individual records or your whole account at any time (website: Account settings; app: Settings → Account → Delete account). Deleting your account permanently removes all records, your share page and your URL, and cannot be undone.
- We may remove unlawful or abusive content.
6. Names and share page URLs
Your name and share page URL must not impersonate anyone or contain offensive, unlawful or infringing content. Some names and URLs are reserved by the system or contain inappropriate words, and you’ll be asked to choose another. If these rules are broken, we may ask you to change them or replace your URL.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t scrape the Service at scale, attack it, interfere with it, or use it in any unlawful or infringing way.
8. Intellectual property
Show data comes from public sources; posters, trademarks and titles belong to their respective owners and are used in the Service only for identification and information. The Service’s code and original presentation are protected by copyright.
9. App Store
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
10. Open-source software

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

These terms may be updated from time to time; changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service means you accept them.
